Imagine our surprise when we got a phone call from Charlie Keegan with KSHB Kansas City! We were thrilled to know that more folks were interested in hearing about our mission and our Super Scoopers.
We knew the best way to show what The Golden Scoop is about is to have two of our amazing Super Scoopers, Abi and Charlie, on the news with us. Let’s be clear – they are not only Super Scoopers, they are Super Stars!
Charlie Keegan, without a crew thanks to COVID, showed up at our location ready to go. He chatted with the three of us (the Golden Girls) and then turned the mic to Abi and Charlie. They stole the show! My favorite quote of the day is Abi telling him that, “I have a sassy side and remember I am the star of the show”.
We love that because really, the Super Scoopers are the stars of the show. Everything at The Golden Scoop is about the employees and how we can set them up for success.
