Scoops on Wheels is a great fit for corporate events, employee appreciation, schools, nonprofit events, weddings, fundraisers, festivals, neighborhood gatherings, and other community celebrations. Submit an inquiry, and our team can help determine if the truck is a good fit for your event.
What are the different ways to book Scoops on Wheels?
We offer three booking options:
Host-Paid Events:
The host covers guest purchases, with the option to establish a spending limit in advance.
Guest-Paid Events:
Guests purchase their own items directly from the truck.
Sponsored Community Events:
A business or organization underwrites treats for attendees at a school, nonprofit, or community event.

How much does it cost to book Scoops on Wheels?
Host-paid events have a $200 service fee and require a minimum $400 food and beverage purchase, for a $600 minimum event total.
Guest-paid events require a $350 booking fee, with guests purchasing their own items from the truck.
Sponsored community events begin at $600 and include a $400 food and beverage tab for attendees.
Additional fees may apply based on travel distance or service time.
What is included in the booking fee?
Booking fees help cover travel, staffing, setup and cleanup, as well as service during your event. Included travel distance and service time vary depending on the type of booking.
How do host-paid events work?
Guests order directly from Scoops on Wheels, and their purchases are added to the host’s tab. The host can establish a spending limit before the event, giving you control over your total event budget.
How do guest-paid events work?
Guests order and pay for their own treats directly at the truck. Guest-paid events are approved based on factors including event size, location and expected attendance.
How do sponsored community events work?
A business or organization can sponsor Scoops on Wheels for a school, nonprofit or community event, allowing attendees to enjoy treats covered by the sponsor. Sponsorships begin at $600 and include up to two hours of service, a $400 food and beverage tab, and travel within 30 miles.
How far will Scoops on Wheels travel?
Host-paid and guest-paid bookings include travel within 20 miles. Sponsored community event packages include travel within 30 miles. Events outside the included service area may be available for an additional fee.
How long will Scoops on Wheels stay at my event?
Host-paid and guest-paid events include up to three hours of service. Sponsored community events include up to two hours. Additional service time may be available for an added fee.
