There is a $100 minimum per order, with no maximum limit.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your catering order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout the entire Kansas City metro area. A tiered delivery fee applies based on distance from our shop.
What is your lead time for catering orders?
Pre-scooped catering orders require a 14-day lead time. Scoop On Demand experiences also require advance booking to ensure availability.
What happens if equipment is not returned?
If a cooler is not returned to our 103rd Street location within 48 hours of delivery, a $100 replacement fee will be applied per cooler.
Is there a service fee for staffed catering events?
Yes, a $50 service fee is applied to any staffed or full-service catering option. This covers our team’s time to stay on-site, serve your guests, and support a smooth, enjoyable experience.
