It’s March and love is in the air—wait, no, that was last month. This month, what’s floating through the air is luck. And not just for the Irish, either; this luck is for everyone! Just look at these photos from last night’s March Grateful Gathering!

Super Scoopers gathered at The Golden Scoop on 103rd and 69 Highway to create four-leaf clovers bearing a list of what they were grateful for. The event was hosted by our wonderful OT students again, and they put together another fabulous presentation on the importance of being grateful for all the things we are lucky to have, like family, friends, coworkers, and fun times! Afterwards, they got to hang them up (at both locations!), so if you drop by this month at either café, you can see their lucky clovers for yourself!
Another fun part of the event was the “Sundae Showdown,” a competition to predict which Golden Scoop ice cream flavor would be most popular this month. It was a close competition, with salted caramel, “Home Run,” and vanilla all being strong contenders. But the ultimate winner was “Charlie’s Chocolate,” so the classics win yet again! Can’t beat old chocolate or vanilla when it comes to your favorite bowl of emotional-support ice cream.
