If you’ve been into the café over the last month, you’ve probably had a chance to try out “Coconut Daydreams”. It’s a delicious coconut-flavored ice cream with toasted coconut flakes and pie crust chunks. Yes, it’s January and twenty degrees outside, but we can all daydream about summer, right? Here at Golden Scoop, we have a unique “employee of the month” reward: You get to design your own flavor, which then goes on sale for the whole month! As you might have guessed, Coconut Daydreams is my creation and I am January’s employee of the month! The flavor is similar to a combination of a coconut macaroon and a slice of coconut cream pie. Yum!
The month is almost over, but the flavor will still be in the case for a few more days as we use up old stock. If you haven’t tried it yet, grab some quickly, as when it’s gone, it’s gone.
